the grounds are immaculately kept. the spa garden package with treatments was especially good, and the food at redmonds was very nice!
The tv in my room felt old. the car park location was also inconvenient. It was quite a distance from reception, requiring me to navigate the hotel with my belongings.

Perfection in every way

Carden Park is my bolthole to reset. Gardens are kept superbly with glimpses of wildlife. The staff is wonderful, friendly but professional. They seem to be genuinely happy at work. Everything score 10/10. I leave each time feeling soothed, refreshed, and ready.
I feel disappointed with the courtyard rooms. They are outside of the hotel.

The location has countryside views and is close to Chester. The hotel grounds have fine scenery. The gardens are very well kept for walks. There is plenty of free parking available.

The Double Room are super clean. It includes a very huge, comfortable bed. The rooms have amazing views overlooking the sculpture gardens. The golf course can also be seen from the room.

Every staff member is helpful and. The reception and concierge teams are warm, cute, and do everything to help. The restaurant is accommodating with a great range of foods to choose.

I recently celebrated a special occasion at this hotel, and everything was superb. Our room was well-appointed and clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious (especially the steak!), and the staff's attention to detail stood out to me.
The only downside was that the gym equipment was a little outdated. I hope they can upgrade these machines soon.

i stayed to celebrate my wife's birthday after the christmas holiday. it was relaxing. the food was delicious. the spa was the best i have experienced. i certainly recommend it. we will return.

The room was not great. i saw stains on the bed sheets. it was odd that there was an extra charge for a toothbrush. the spa toilet was also clogged. Definitely not what i expected for the price i paid.

comfortable bednice viewattentive staff
the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed there were plenty of pillows i found a small fridge inside very useful for storing snacks and drinks the bathroom was impeccably clean. the breakfast offered a lot of choice it was regularly replenished i liked enjoying it by the window with the nice view. the staff were consistently kind well-mannered attentive and helpful i felt very welcome there.
the spa was a bit noisy with children using it it wasn't clearly explained that children would be in that area so i had to leave early
